  • Apply & collect all common charges, HOA dues, late fees, and assessments
  • Maintain homeowner ledgers & unit files
  • Online portal for all homeowners with online payment options & maintenance requests
  • Send out homeowner account statements monthly & prepare collection letters if necessary
  • Work with the Association’s attorney on collections if applicable
  • Review invoices received and pay them in a timely manner
  • Prepare financial reports for the monthly Board meetings and for the annual audits and tax returns
  • Prepare the Association’s annual budget and issue payment coupon books if applicable
  • Process payroll for employees if applicable
