General Management:

- Maintain all bank accounts & reconcile monthly
- Apply & collect all common charges, HOA dues, late fees, and assessments
- Maintain homeowner ledgers & unit files
- Online portal for all homeowners with online payment options & maintenance requests
- Send out homeowner account statements monthly & prepare collection letters if necessary
- Work with the Association’s attorney on collections if applicable
- Review invoices received and pay them in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports for the monthly Board meetings and for the annual audits and tax returns
- Prepare the Association’s annual budget and issue payment coupon books if applicable
- Process payroll for employees if applicable
